Abstract Business records of Beeson Hardware and Lumber Company of High Point, N.C., dating from 1917 to 1931. The store was founded in 1893 by Newell Beeson and purchased by Amos Ragan in 1896. Robert R. Ragan took over store management duties in 1908. The business records document store inventory from 1917 to 1931 with equipment, merchandise, and prices listed. Also present are store account ledgers for 1907 to 1922. Undated indices by customer are present for some ledgers.
