The Fall Creek Baptist Church was established in 1799 in the southwest corner of Chatham County near the Moore and Randolph County lines. Fall Creek was a sister church to Friendship Baptist Church in Moore County and was a member of the Sandy Creek Baptist Association.

These records are photocopies of about 250 pages. The originals are in the possession of Francis Brewer of High Falls, North Carolina. The church minutes from 1799 to 1819 were destroyed or lost.
