Ezekiel Henry McCluire (fl. 1830-1860) was a lawyer, deputy marshal of the United States, and clerk and master of the Superior Court of Equity for Buncombe County, N.C. His wife was Tabitha Savage McCluire, who taught at Iola Academy in Franklin, N.C., prior to their marriage.
