Files of particular interest include "Special Letters" (folder 2), which includes correspondence between Royster and public officials such as Richard M. Nixon, Barry Goldwater, and Jesse Helms, and "Memos on meetings with Presidents" (folder 15), documenting Royster's meetings with Jimmy Carter, Gerald Ford, Lyndon Johnson, and John F. Kennedy.
