The collection includes daybooks and ledgers of a general merchandise business of Lorenzo S. Webb and John Webb at Windsor, Bertie County, N.C., and a civil court docket book, 1834-1861, presumably from Bertie County. Merchandise items include books, stationery, medicine, postage, tobacco, cloth, clothing, nails, and buttons.
