The Southern Women Trailblazers instructional module was developed by graduate assistant Sarah Everhart in consultation with Kim Vassiliadis of the UNC University Libraries and Cheryl Mason Bolick of the UNC School of Education. The module was revised by Tammi Owens, Amanda Foster, and Dani Brecher of the UNC University Libraries. The module was made possible by a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) awarded to the University Library's Documenting the American South (DocSouth) digital library for the "Oral Histories of the American South" project. Natasha Smith was the Principal Investigator, and Joshua Berkov assisted.
The original oral history interviews were gathered by the Southern Oral History Program (SOHP). Collection #4007, Southern Historical Collection, Wilson Library, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
